At TUMC the sanctuary and chapel are certainly options for places to pray in the church, but often during the week they are not available.  The new Prayer Room is a designated space set aside for individual and small group prayer and worship only.  It does not get used by outside groups.   The room is equipped with Bibles, prayer helps and meditative CDs.  You are welcome to use the room for prayer at any time.

You are also welcome to join the small prayer group that meets in the room on Wednesdays from 12:30-1:30 . The group meets to learn and practice a variety of prayer methods.  Some of the recent methods learned and used have been breath prayer, praying with scripture, prayer beads, and Tongan prayer.
