United Methodist Women is an organization of approximately one million members whose purpose is to foster spiritual growth, develop leaders and advocate for justice.  Members raise nearly $25 million each year for programs and projects related to women, children and youth in the United States and in more than 100 countries around the world.

Tigard United Methodist Women pledges yearly to Metro District for furthering the global ministries of the organization.  Member pledges, craft sales profits, and our annual rummage sale profits are the primary income from which our mission projects are financed.

Our Tigard UMW unit meets the 2nd Thursday of the month at noon in the Social Room.  We have special outings in July and August
