Tigard United Methodist Youth (TUMY) Fellowship is a place for youth in grades 6-12 to experience a loving, God-filled community of their peers and caring adults. Our weekly gathering times are on Sunday evenings from 4:00p.m.-6:00p.m. for all youth in grades 6-12 and high school youth are welcome to stay around until 7p.m. for continued time; unless otherwise announced. Dinner is always provided.

Throughout the year there are many opportunities to be involved in faith development, recreation, fun and mission.

The topics in which we discuss throughout the year are chosen by the group as being important issues in today’s world.

Mission projects are very important to our group as well. Throughout the year we help with projects around our church, our community and across the globe. Our community projects include collecting food for the local food bank and Christmas caroling. Each summer we take a week long mission trip to meet needs outside our local area.

We are very involved with camping programs. Most camps happen during the summer. We do participate in some camp and retreat opportunities throughout the school year as well.
